Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 9.00am-4.00pm. By appointment (births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships).
Saturday by appointment only (marriages and births only)

Office closes at 3.30pm on the first Wednesday of every month.

If you wish to make a comment or complaint about our service, please contact the Superintendent Registrar in the first instance.  We take seriously any comments that are made to us, as it is our intention to give you an exceptional service.

Email correspondence will be responded to within one working day.

By Letter

If you contact us by letter you should receive an acknowledgement from us within 2 working days, and a full response to your concerns within 10 working days.

If you are not happy with our response, please be advised that we follow the Swindon Borough Council complaints procedure, details of which can be found by clicking on this link.
