Early Years Foundation Stage Training for Childminders

This training is offered free of charge to all Childminders.

Childminders who care for children aged 5 and under, will be expected to implement this new statutory framework from September 2008.

Details of the 3 session 'Practice Guidance for EYFS' course will be sent to all childminders that have completed the ICP course since January 2008.

If you are an existing childminder that has yet to attend EYFS training please e-mail juliewhite@swindon.gov.uk or call 01793 463295 stating whether you would prefer to attend a weekday evening or a saturday morning course.

NVQ Level 4 Management - Wessex Training

The current NVQ charge including registration fee is now £1400 this will increase to £1460 in September 2008

Swindon Sure Start Partnership subsidy has increased to £1300
