Two Year Old Funding

Please note that we have allocated all current two year old funding.

Applications already received have been placed on a waiting list.

It has been agreed that in future, if further funding is identified, that it will be allocated on a priority basis. Anyone completing a new application form should identify as many criteria as possible to assist with this process.

Two Year Old Funding-Childrens' Centre Request for Service

Once funding has been agreed, unless the family is already registered with a Children’s Centre, the referrer will need to complete and return to the relevant Children’s Centre the request for service form downloadable via the link below:

Two Year Old Funding – Review Questionnaire

As part of the funding entitlement regular reviews should take place. The Childcare Provider and Childrens Centre will each undertake a review with the parents. This process should take place after 6 weeks, 6 months, and exit review should also take place when the child is due to move to the 3 and 4 year nursery funding. Two Year Old Funding - Travel Expenses

Providers who incur costs for assisting with travel arrangements with prior agreements should complete the claim form and return on a monthly basis. Please note that the total amount due will be calculated by SSSP at the current mileage rate.
